1982 British Formula One season

The British Formula 1 Championship 1982 was a single-seater racing series, which was extended by the regulations of the racing formula 1.

Championship

After the retreat of Aurora Company is the main sponsor of the Aurora AFX Formula 1 series in late 1980, no championship was held in 1981. The championship of 1982 was the last British Formula 1 Championship and with five races nurmehr a reflection of the championships before. Only ten riders took part in the race, all of which reached championship points. A summary score secured Jim Crawford drove the one Ensign N180.
