1985–86 DDR-Oberliga

The 1985/86 season was the 38th edition of the East German football championship. Master was the BFC Dynamo, just ahead of Lok Leipzig. It was the eighth Championship ( the eighth in a row) for the Berlin team.

The season remains many fans because of the game between Lok Leipzig and BFC Dynamo on March 22, 1986 in remembrance. Hosted loc led after the end of normal time 1-0 ( scorer Olaf Marschall ), referee Bernd stump but left reenact a very long time and decided after a rather innocuous-looking case at BFC player Bernd Schulz penalty for Berlin, Frank Pastor to 1: 1 transformed.
