The U.S. Women's Hardcourt Championships 1989 was a WTA hard court tennis tournament for women in San Antonio. It was a tournament of animal -IV category of the WTA Tour in 1989 and was held from February 27 to March 5, 1989.
In individual Steffi Graf defeated Ann Henricksson with 6:1 and 6:4. In the doubles pairing Katrina Adams / Pam Shriver won with 3:6, 6:1 and 6:4 against Patty Fendick / Jill Hetherington.
