1991–92 Latvian Hockey League season
The 1991/92 season was the first season of the Latvian Hockey League, the highest Latvian Hockey League. Champion for the first time in club history at all HK Saga Kekava Riga.

Mode
In the main round, the 14 teams were divided into two groups. In the main round, each team played one match against each group opponent, with the top four teams in each group qualified for the final round. Their two winners contested the championship final. The remaining six teams denied a placement round. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.
