2003–04 Latvian Hockey League season

The 2003/04 season was the 13th season of the Latvian Hockey League, the highest Latvian Hockey League. Master became the second overall time in club history the HK Riga 2000. Using the SC Energia from Lithuania for the first time took part in a team from abroad at play operation of Latvian Hockey League.

Mode

In the main round of the nine teams were divided into two groups. All four teams in Group A and the top four teams in Group B qualified for the playoffs, where the Master was played. Teams of Group A contest with 22 games two inserts less than those of Group B. A win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.
