2005–06 Latvian Hockey League season

The 2005/06 season was the 15th season of the Latvian Hockey League, the highest Latvian Hockey League. Champion for the fourth time in club history the HK Riga 2000.

Mode

In the main round of the seven teams each completed 30 games. All seven teams qualified for the playoffs, where the Master was played. In the first playoff round of the first place winner of the main round with a bye. For one victory after regulation time, each team received three points for a win after overtime, each team got two points for a loss after overtime there was a point and a defeat after regular time zero points.
