1998–99 Danish Superliga

The 1998/99 season was the ninth season of the Danish Superliga, which was held by the Danish Football Association ( Dansk Boldspil - Union). The season began on July 26, 1998 and ended on 16 June 1999.

After the season

Aalborg BK was able to qualify as a Danish Champion for the third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League 1999 /2000. Brøndby IF managed to participate in the second qualifying round of the Champions League. AB København managed to participate in the first round of the UEFA Cup 1999/2000. Lyngby BK qualified for the first qualifying round of the UEFA Cup. Herfølge BK qualified for the 1st and FC København for the 2nd round of the UEFA Intertoto Cup 1999.

Aarhus Fremad and B.93 Copenhagen descend into the Viasat Sport Division.
