2008–09 AAHA season
The 2008/09 season was the first regular season of the All American Hockey Association. The five teams should complete in the regular season of 42 matches, the game plan had to be changed, however, after the Chicago Blaze had to replace during the season, the financially ailing Detroit Dragons. The point of best team in the regular season were the Chi -Town Shooters, which also for the first time Rod Davidson Cup won in the play- offs.
