9th arrondissement of Marseille

The 9th Arrondissement is an arrondissement ( district) of the southern French city of Marseille. 2008, there were 76 819 people.

The district is located in the southeast of the urban area. To the north it borders on the 10th and the 11th arrondissement, on the east by Cassis and Aubagne. The Mediterranean Sea forms a natural border in the south.

The district is divided into nine Neighborhood:
