Alen Stevanović

Alen Stevanovic ( Serbian Cyrillic Ален Стевановић; born January 7, 1991 Zurich, Switzerland ) is a Serbian football player who is at FC Turin in the Italian Serie B under contract and playing in the Serbian national football team.

Life

As a child of Serbian immigrants, Stevanovic was born in Zurich in 1991. His parents came because of the war in Yugoslavia to Switzerland before she again returned to Serbia in 1995. Stevanovic spent his childhood in New Belgrade, a city district of Belgrade. There he grew up with his grandmother and uncle. In 1998 he started at the local club Radnički Novi Beograd to play football. About nine years, he remained loyal to the club. 2003 paused Stevanovic six months, because he was in an accident involving an ambulance, his hand broken.

Career

In 1998 he started the club Radnički Novi Beograd, where he remained until 2007. There he went through all youth departments. In summer 2008, Stevanovic joined Radnički Obrenovac, where the tech-savvy playmaker also made international scouts attention. In February 2009, Stevanovic signed a contract for three and a half years the Italian champions Inter Milan. Provisional Stevanovic was outside the city, housed in an inter - camp. Before his debut in the first team he played in the youth league Primavera. On January 8, 2010 Stevanovic first played in Serie A, the highest Italian league. Against AC Siena, he came on in the 67th minute for Thiago Motta under José Mourinho. With Inter Milan, he became 2010 Champions League winners.

In July 2010 he moved to FC Turin him in exchange for Simone Benedetti, who was transferred to Italian Serie champions Inter. Inter Milan and Torino possessed 50 % of the transfer rights. 2013 he moved to the then second division side U.S. Palermo.
