Alessandro Bertolini
Alessandro Bertolini ( born July 27, 1971 in Rovereto ) is an Italian former racing cyclist.
Career
Alessandro Bertolini started his professional career in 1994 at the Cycling Team Carrera Jeans - Tassoni, after he went there last year as a stagiaire. In 1997, he celebrated his first victory, he won a stage at the Hofbrau Cup and won the Belgian autumn classic Paris -Brussels. His best season was 2007 when he won the Giro dell'Appennino, the Coppa Agostoni, the Giro del Veneto and the Coppa Placci four heavy Italian one-day races and the annual ranking of the UCI Europe Tour 2007. In 2008 he won a stage of the Giro d' Italia.
