Alexander Grünwald
Alexander Grünwald ( born May 1, 1989 in Klagenfurt) is an Austrian football player at the position of midfielder. Since 2011 he plays for FK Austria Wien in the Austrian Bundesliga and is the current U-21 national team.
Career
Youth
Gruenwald began his active career as a football player at his sixth birthday, the national holiday in 1995 when he was picked up by the young of FC Kärnten. There he held various youth leagues before joining in June 2003 in the junior section of FK Austria Wien in the Austrian capital. For the Viennese, he came for the time being in youth to use and played at the end of his youth for the U- 19 team to play in the operation sponsored by Toto U-19 Youth League. He is also a graduate of the Frank -Stronach Academy ( FSA ), headquartered in Lower Austria Hollabrunn. During the winter break of the season 2006/ 07 Grünwald made the jump from the U-19 Academy team in the second professional team of Austria Vienna, which had its gaming operations at that time in the second-class Austrian First Division.
Club career
In the first half he came for FK Austria Wien Amas already on five league inserts and two goals. His professional debut was doing on 13 April 2007 in a 1-1 draw in the away match against FC Admira Wacker Mödling when he was in 81 minutes for Tomas Šimkovič, with whom he was later to play well at SC Magna, substitute. On his first goal as a professional player Grünwald woman was not long, for already one month after his pro debut, he scored in a 1-1 away draw against his former youth club, FC Kärnten, at the eleventh minutes, the hit to lead 1-0. In the 2007 /08 season Grünwald made his Bundesliga debut when he came off the bench in the first game of the season in a 2-2 away draw against SK Sturm Graz on 11 July 2007 in 89 minutes for Yüksel Sariyar. 2007/ 08 he did not make it tight, establishing herself as a regular player of Austria Amateure, but was still with four goals and three assists in 19 championship matches, a performer in the team. After he was in the 2-1 home victory over SC Austria Lustenau still in use on 30 November 2007 and it even contributed the hit for a 1-1 draw, he was injured shortly after the beginning of December 2007 to the adductors. When he was out soon fit again, he had to start January 2008, a cruciate ligament undergoing surgery and so fell several months.
In the summer of 2008 changed the midfielder, although he because of its operation is not allowed to participate in the game mode at this point, for SC Magna Wiener Neustadt in the First League. There he came after recovering from surgery on 22 August 2008 to his team debut. What followed were mostly short assignments. Solely in his last game in the 2008/ 09 season, the young midfielder came over the full duration of the use. So he brought it with the Vienna Neustädtern to a hit and an assist in 13 league games. At the end of the season the team was allowed seven point gap to pursuers Wacker Innsbruck celebrate the champion of the First League.
In between Grünwald was briefly awarded to the cooperation SV Wiener Berg, whose first combat team in the third-tier Regionalliga Ost, was one of three parallel scales, represented. He scored three goals in five appearances. Not only in league action Grünwald could be involved during this time, because even in OFB Cup of the season 2008/ 09 took the then 19 -year-old part and so came in three games for the SC Magna brief appearances.
During the 2009/10 season Grünwald became increasingly becoming a regular player in the Bundesliga team of the SC Magna Wr. Neutstadt. Furthermore Grünwald was in OFB Cup 2009/10 in use, where he along with his teammates Scale Kurtisi was one of the main people responsible for the knockout phase of the competition on 18 September 2009. After the match against FC Pasching led the home team 2-0, turned the Wr. New Town with goals in the 88th ( Kurtisi ) and 93 minute ( Grünwald ) nor the game and then were able to in the subsequent penalty shootout after extra time against the Upper Austrian prevail. In summer 2011, Gruenwald moved to Austria Wien. In the 2012/13 season he was with Wiener Austria champion.
Internationally
First international experience gained Grünwald already in 2006, when he first stood in the squad of the Austrian U-18 selection. He denied early September 2006 a game against age colleagues from Switzerland. As of 2007, the committed midfielder was in the squad of U-19 selection in his home country and brought it to them on a total of five operations, where he remained without a goal. After Grünwald previously was used for the U-19 team, he was not elected to the Austria squad for the home 2007 European Championship in Upper Austria from the U-19 national team coach Hermann Stadler, but stood as a field player available on call. Shortly before the U-20 match against the German U-20 juniors on 3 September 2008 Green Forest was first elected to the U-20 squad in Austria.
On his first U-20 team effort of midfielder however, had to wait almost a year. On 12 August 2009, he was at a 1:5 home defeat against the Swiss U -20 debut, as he stood from the beginning on the court and played over the full match duration. Soon after, he was in a 1-1 draw away, also against Switzerland, again over the total playing time on the field. In March 2009, Green Forest was one of many players who were appointed for the first time in her career in the squad of the Austrian U-21 national team.
Here, the native Carinthian debuted on October 10, 2009, a qualifier for the U-21 Championship 2011 against the U -21 from Azerbaijan, as he came off the bench for his SC Magna teammate Guido Burgstaller for half-time. After Azerbaijan had done a long time 1-0 Austria won with goals in the 90th and 93rd minute but still the game. Gruenwald was there in the 93rd minute from the penalty spot to make it 2-1. After he came about 62 minutes in his second insert for use, he brought a brilliant performance in his third U-21 team effort. When times but against Azerbaijan, the young midfielder initiated all three goals from Atdhe Nuhiu; once each with a free kick, a pass and a cross. When he was 4-0 win over the entire game away in use.
