Amy Poehler

Amy Meredith Poehler [ poʊlɚ ] ( born September 16, 1971 in Burlington, Massachusetts ) is an American actress, film producer, writer and comedienne.

Life and career

Poehler studied at Boston College, where she was a member of the comedy group My Mother 's Flea Bag. In 1993, she moved to Chicago, where she performed together with the group The Second City.
