Arsène Millocheau

Arsène Millocheau ( born January 21, 1867 in Champseru; † May 4, 1948 in Paris) was a French cyclist.

Arsène Millocheau launched in 1903 at the first staging of the Tour de France and was the first to support the Red Lantern in the cycling history. 60 riders started were only 21 in Paris, and Millocheau had a backlog of 64 hours, 57 minutes and eight seconds behind the winner Maurice Garin. In 1891, he was already gone at the respective first sweeps of Bordeaux - Paris and the 1200 km long Paris-Brest- Paris. 1921, at the age of 54, he started once again in the Paris- Brest- Paris.

Until his death at the age of 81 years Millocheau ran a bicycle repair shop in Paris.
