Bad Love Rock is a small town in the district of Wartburg in Thuringia. It was re- formed on 31 December 2012 by resolution of the previously independent municipalities Bad Love Stone, Schweina and Steinbach.

Geographical location

Bad Love Stone is located in the northwestern area of the Thuringian Forest. In the natural spatial structure of this part is called Ruhlaer Thuringian Forest, which merges the Brotteroder Thuringian Forest. History

Economy and infrastructure

Commercial and industrial

Historically, in the territory of the present unified community, especially around Steinbach and Atterode, the mining of importance, which also houses a cutting tool industry developed, which in Steinbach until now has limited inventory.
