Baruch Adonai L'Olam (Shacharit)

Baruch Adonai Le'Olam is a prayer that is recited during Shacharit in Pesukei Desimra after Hallel.

Description

The section consists of verses, the "Blessed " with the word start (Hebrew ברוך ) and realize that God is a source of blessing. It follows the Hallel and is played on a way combines the Hallel with the blessing. The section consists of four verses: verse 53 of Psalm 89, verse 21 of Psalm 135 and verses 18-19 of Psalm 72 The word Amen is recited twice in the first verse as an emphasis on the word Amen. The word Amen can have three meanings:

• To accept a vow for themselves
• To accept the truth of an assertion
• Express the hope that a request in prayer is fulfilled
