It is the first blessing before the scheme and generally the opening prayer during the Ma'ariw. It is the parallel prayer Birkat Jozer Or which will be carried forward at the same point in the Shacharit. Just as Birkat Jozer Or that describes the coming of the light, Ha - Maariw Arawim describes the coming of darkness. Ha - Maariw and Ahavat Olam Arawim, both of which are presented at the beginning of Maariv, both are considered as blessings before Shema d ( בִּרְכוֹת קְרִיאַת שְׁמַע ). Therefore, they are in this form as a confirmation of the unit angesehen.Ha - Maariw Arawim is a prayer of thanks to God, but to create the darkness to create day and night to take care of stars in the sky, and to order the seasons. It is permissible to recite this blessing at any time after sunset, even when the darkness is not yet fully occurred.
