Beatrice of England

Beatrice of England (eng: Beatrice of England, born June 25, 1242 Bordeaux, † March 24, 1275 ) was a daughter of King Henry III. of England and Eleanor of Provence from the Plantagenet dynasty.

It was a month before the defeat of her father at the Battle of Taillebourg against King Louis IX. born of France. In 1260, she married in Westminster Abbey, the future Duke John II of Brittany († 1305).
