Bedford HA

The Bedford HA was a small van, the Bedford in 1963 brought out based on the Vauxhall Viva HA. The estate version of this vehicle was called Beagle.

The car was at utilities in the UK, such as the post office, electricity suppliers, British Telecom or British Gas plc., Very popular. Many large companies such as D.E.R. or Meals on Wheels ( the British version of meals on wheels ) had large fleets.

This model remained in production for 20 years until it was replaced in 1983 by the Bedford Astravan / Bedford Astramax. The Viva sedans have been revised several times, but the body of the HA vans always remained the same. However, there were larger motors and other carburetor, parallel to the sedan models. A very rare pickup version was offered to the urban farms and similar buyers, but was not available to private customers.
