The company Beriev (Russian Таганрогский авиационный научно - технический комплекс имени Г М Бериева / Taganrog awijazionny Nauchno - technitscheski kompleks imeni GM Berijewa, German: .. Scientific-Technical Complex for Taganrog Aviation "GM Beriev " ) is a Russian manufacturer of aircraft and heard to IRKUT holding company.

The experimental design office 49 ( OKB -49) was founded in 1934 by Georgi Mikhailovich Beriev Taganrog. The company specialized in the development and manufacture of amphibious flying boats. However, conventional machines were like the Beriev Be -30 developed and manufactured.

The best-known types were the Beriev Be -2 and the Beriev Be -12

The company now operates as a Beriev Aircraft Company under the leadership of Viktor Anatoljevich Kobsew. Currently (2004) working on a super-heavy amphibian with 1,000 tons of takeoff weight.
