Bernard Fitzalan-Howard, 16th Duke of Norfolk

Bernard Marmaduke Fitzalan - Howard, 16th Duke of Norfolk ( * May 30, 1908 in Arundel, † 31 January 1975) was a British nobleman.

Family

Fitzalan - Howard was born on 30 May 1908 in Arundel, the ancestral home of the Dukes of Norfolk. His parents were Henry Fitzalan - Howard, 15th Duke of Norfolk ( 1847-1917 ), and Gwendolyn Constable - Maxwell, 12th Lady Herries of of Terregles ( 1877-1945 ). He was married to Lavinia Strutt, daughter of 3rd Baron Belper since 27 January 1937. From this union four daughters were born. He died in 1975. Life
