Billy Hinsche

William " Billy" Hinsche ( born June 29, 1951 in Manila, Philippines ) is an American musician. The Hinsche family came from the Black Forest region and wandered the late 19th century to the United States. Billy's father, Otto Hinsche left the U.S. in 1940 and emigrated to the Philippines, where his two children were born. 1953 the family moved back to the USA.

Career

Billy was a member of the group Dino, Desi & Billy. Dino is Dino Martin (actually Dean Paul Martin, son of Dean Martin), Desi Arnaz for Desiderio IV, the son of Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball The group had in 1965 and 1966 with producer Lee Hazlewood some chart success.

In 1965, he became acquainted with the Beach Boys during a concert know. He became friends with the brothers Carl Wilson and Dennis Wilson. This meant that Billy was invited to the Beach Boys ' Party! Participate album. 1966 married Carl Billy's sister Annie Hinsche. Some time after the wedding wrote Billy and Brian Wilson the title of " Lady Love " became a hit for Dino, Desi & Billy.

1968 Billy Hinsche got to be the offer, an integral part of the Beach Boys. His father insisted, however, that Billy graduated from a school education. However, Billy went with the Beach Boys on tour and has been for around 30 years an integral part of the stage band. He can be heard on numerous Beach Boys album as a backing vocalist and musician. Also on Dennis Wilson's solo album Pacific Ocean Blue, he is represented as a singer and guitarist.

Billy was working on other projects, it mostly with his brother Carl Wilson. He has performed with Carl at Elton John's "Do not Let The Sun Go Down On Me " and produced with the same album " Beached " by Ricci Martin in 1977. Moreover, he composed many songs. One of these pieces - " One More Night Alone" - published Carl Wilson on his second solo album "Young Blood".

In the 1990s, Billy's own group now attempted a comeback, but under the name " Ricci, Desi & Billy" da Dino Martin was replaced by his brother Ricci Martin.

But his musical work was influenced by the Beach Boys. After the death of Carl Wilson of the Beach Boys, he joined from band and joined the new group of Al Jardine - " Al Jardine's Families & Friends " - on. He graduated in 2007 with Brian Wilson whose European tour. In addition, he has published numerous DVDs on the Beach Boys and organized the Dennis Wilson tribute CD "One In A Million " for the Hinsche himself contributed the theme song.
