Bobsleigh at the 1932 Winter Olympics

In the III. 1932 Olympic Games in Lake Placid two competitions were held in bobsleigh. Venue was the natural track Mount van Hoevenberg with a length of 2366 m and a height difference of 228 m.

Bobsled

Since 1932, only four drivers are allowed to sit in the four-man event, before it could be five. The race in the quad was discharged only after the closing ceremony of the Winter Games for bad weather conditions.
