The friend of my friend is the sixth and final film in 1987 created the cycle comedies and proverbs by Éric Rohmer.

Action

The young, timid administrators Blanche lives in Cergy- Pontoise, a designed on the drawing board modern satellite town of Paris. And again she takes up its efforts to interest for Alexandre Blanche. But Alexandre's interest is not Blanche but Léa itself, in its charm gradually caught. And Blanche has now lost interest in Alexandre. The first time since the night together, she meets Fabien again. The couple have dissolved and find changed together.

The effort, the old partners go out of the way, the quartet leads unerringly to the same restaurant. Once again there is a misunderstanding between Blanche and Léa, which provides their fresh feelings for each new friend to the test. But in the end face each other two pairs newly formed. Only the color of their clothes still reveals the original formations.

Backdrop

The film takes place mostly in the Parisian satellite town of Cergy -Pontoise with her in the 1980s by Ricardo Bofill and Dani Karavan in the optics of the Renaissance redesigned Axe Majeur.
