The Caribbean guilder (Dutch gulden Caribische ) is the proposed currency for Curaçao and Sint Maarten ( former Netherlands Antilles) and to the previous currency, the Antillean guilder, replace in a ratio of 1:1. However, a launch date is not yet known. Paper money is worth 10, enter 20, 50, 100 and 200 guilders coins in denominations of 1, 5, 10, 25 and 50 cents and 1 and 5 guilders.

The Caribbean guilder as its predecessor firmly pegged to the U.S. dollar. The fixed exchange rate is 1 USD = 1.79 CMg.
