Catherine Cheatley

Catherine Cheatley ( born April 6, 1983 in Wanganui ) is a New Zealand cyclist.

Catherine Cheatley operates cycling since 2007 as a professional racing driver. In that year she was on the train from New Zealand champion in the individual pursuit and runner-up in the points race. In the Track World Championships in Palma de Mallorca, she took third place in the points race. In the following years she was active mainly on the road. In 2008 she won among others the Fitchburg Longsjo Classic as well as the CSC Invitional and was third in the New Zealand Cup in this criterion. At the Olympics in Beijing she won the road race course and 53 in the points race No. 17

2009 occupied Cheatley tenth in the Road World Championships in Mendrisio. In 2011 she became New Zealand road champion and finished second in the overall standings of the Tour of New Zealand in second place.
