Nicky Samuels

Nicky Samuels ( born February 28, 1983 in Whangarei ) is a triathlete from New Zealand, Aquathlon World Champion (2012 ) and reigning World Champion Cross Triathlon ( 2013).

Career

Nicky Samuels began in 2003 with triathlon. The multiple NZ champion reached in March 2011 in Australia, her first World Cup victory.

It starts 79 Parthenay for the New Zealand National Team Triathlon New Zealand elite squad and in France for the club TCG. In January 2012 she became New Zealand cycling champion in the road race.

In October 2013, it was on Maui Cross Triathlon World Champion ( Xterra race series ).

Nicky Samuels studied until 2004 at the University of Otago. She is married to Steve Gould and now lives in Wanaka.
