Catherine Namugala

Catherine Namugala is a Zambian politician.

Catherine Namugala is a member of the Movement for Multiparty Democracy and sitting since the election in Zambia in 2001 for the constituency Isoka East in the National Assembly. She served as Deputy Foreign Minister in 2004 as a Deputy Minister of Community Development and Social Services, from 1 April 2006 as a Deputy Minister in the Vice President 's office. In October 2006 she was appointed Minister of Community Development and Social Services.

Catherine Namugala be described as populist.
