Ronnie Shikapwasha

Ronnie Shikapwasha (c. 1948) is a politician in Zambia.

Ronnie Shikapwasha is career soldier and a retired lieutenant general and former supreme commander of the air forces of the Zambian army.

Ronnie Shikapwasha is a member of the National Assembly of Zambia for the constituency in the district Keembe Chibombo, where he was a candidate for the Movement for Multiparty Democracy. He was Interior Minister on 9 February 2003 and replaced in a cabinet reshuffle on 10 January 2005, the Office Kalombo Mwansa with and so was foreign minister. In October 2006, he returned to the office of Minister of the Interior, as President Levy Mwanawasa formed a new cabinet after his re-election. Foreign minister Mundia Sikatana.

Private life

Ronnie Shikapwasha had a serious car accident with spinal injury. He is obviously only narrowly escaped a paraplegia.
