Kabinga Pande

Kabinga J. Pande is a politician in Zambia.

Kabinga Pande has been a by-election on 4 March 2005, which was necessary because the former deputy Patrick Kafumukache died on 3 December 2004, Member for the constituency Kasempa in the National Assembly of Zambia, since March 2005 Minister of Science and Technology and for 3 August., 2005 Minister of Tourism, Environment and Conservation. His goal is one million tourists in Zambia in 2010 during the FIFA World Cup, which he demands significantly better roads, at least for the south and thinks primarily to the development of the Chinese tourist market.
