Click.to

Click.to is based on the Copy & Paste principle desktop application the company Axonic information systems from Karlsruhe. It identifies the data stored in the clipboard content and automatically provides the user with appropriate program functions or website appeals to a speed dial shortcut menu.

Operation

Behind this program has the copy and paste idea, files or contents of a document from an application to place in the cache and reuse it later from there in the same or another application. After installing click.to runs automatically in the background. Once the user uses the clipboard, the program identified the potential re-use opportunities and offers them to the user in a context menu on the mouse pointer. The program performs independently and automatically all the steps which are usually between the current application and the target application. These include opening programs or web pages, performing searches or entering credentials.

The user can individually decide what features they want to use the freeware or should be expanded to include what features click.to. In the delivered standard package of the Windows installation 46 standard actions are included in the Mac version are 48 actions. The default actions are broken down as follows:

System requirements

Click.to is currently supported by the operating systems Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Windows 7, the latter both 32 -bit and 64- bit version. A version for Mac OS X was released in October 2011.

Competition

The program works much like the " Quick Facts " (English " Accelerators " ) that can be installed as an add -on Internet Explorer. This program provides after installation also in a small context menu using the mouse speed dial functions within the browser functions.
