The Col de Braus is a mountain pass in the French Alps in the Alpes-Maritimes department of Provence -Alpes- Côte d' Azur region. He connects with Sospel L' Escarene; the pass is 1002 meters above sea level. The passport will crosses under the 5938 meter long tunnel du Col Braus the Tendabahn. The Col de Braus was an important passage point on the old salt road from Nice to Turin.

At the summit is the tomb of René Vietto, a popular in the thirties and forties cyclist and multiple carrier of the yellow jersey of the Tour de France.
