Constitution of Lithuania
The Lithuanian constitution was introduced in 1992 and is the currently valid legal constitution of the Republic of Lithuania.
Since mid- autumn 1994 by the Lithuanian Parliament ( " Aukščiausioji Taryba - Atkuriamasis Seimas " ) adopted the Constitution of October 25, 1992 applies.
Constitutional History
The first democratic constitution was Lithuania ( Lithuanian Constitution of 1922) in the interwar period. The final constitution of the independent Lithuania was the Lithuanian Constitution of 1938.
