CS Snagov

FC Snagov is a Romanian football club from Snagov. He is since 2012 the League III, the third Romanian league, at.

History

The FC Snagov was founded in 1997 as CS Snagov. In 2002, his first promotion to the third- highest division, the Divizia C. In 2003, the football department became an independent FC Snagov. The first two seasons was also placed in the lower middle of Season III, which covers the south-east of Romania, and thereby save the relegation almost each of the club. In the 2004/05 season, the club was able to leave the lower regions of the table and finish the season in fifth -placed. The season 2010/11 ended the club under coach George Dumitru again in the lower middle. In June 2011, Returnees Laurentiu Reghecampf was again coach of the team. On December 18, 2011 Reghecampf broke his contract but again, to replace the previously retired on day Laurentiu Dinita as coach of second-bottom CS Concordia Chiajna in Liga 1. After Apostol Muşat, the mayor of Snagov, was arrested on 22 December 2011 due to allegations of corrupt and seven players were followed by Chiajna Reghecampf, the club was about to withdraw from the League II 2011 /12. Early January 2012, however, the investors of the association agreed to the continuation of gaming operations and the commitment of Laurentiu Tudor as the new coach. Shortly thereafter, however, the association withdrew.

Stadium

The FC Snagov plays its home games in the 2,000 -seat end Stadionul vointa from the district Ghermanesti. In summer 2011, floodlights were installed to provide participating in the U-19 European Football Championships 2011 Teams additional training facilities in the stadium.
