Daniel Adam " Danny" Pugh (* October 19 1982 in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport ) is an English football player who is under contract with the English second division club Leeds United.

Career

Leeds United

With just one use for Manchester United Pugh moved as part of the Alan Smith transfer to Leeds United. It was the first transfer to the new Leeds manager Kevin Blackwell graduated. Pugh's versatility was the main reason for its commitment. So he can play on the left wing, both offensively and defensively. So Pugh played a key function in the squad from Leeds at that time had only four players from last season still in the squad because of major financial difficulties. So he had his team in the first round of his first season of Top Scorer Leeds. However he was ousted in the second round by David Healy, who joined in the winter of Preston North End, from midfield into defense. By the decision by coach system change to a more attacking 4-3-3 Pugh was only a reserve player left. In his last six months at Leeds he came up with only five appearances.

Preston North End

In June 2006, Pugh moved to Preston North End, where he was used regularly. Beginning on the winger, but later reinforced in central midfield.

Stoke City

In November 2007, Stoke City announced to have Pugh on loan until January 2008, with an option to buy, which is why the contract was concluded on 3 January 2008. Also at Stoke, he came as recently at Preston in central midfield for use.

Leeds United

After he had already changed 22 September 2011 on loan to his former club Leeds United, he signed on 2 January 2012, a two and a half year contract with United.
