Dino Cazares

Dino Cazares ( born September 2, 1966 in El Centro, California, United States ) is a Mexican-American guitarist. He is best known for his work with the heavy metal band Fear Factory. Cazares is still among others in the band Asesino and Divine Heresy active, previously he was also part of Brujeria and Nailbomb.

Career

Before joining Cazares Fear Factory, he played in the grindcore band Excruciating Terror. Besides his work with Fear Factory from 1990, he was part of the Mexican side project Brujeria, which consisted of, among other things, made ​​up of musicians from Carcass, Faith No More, Fear Factory and Napalm Death. From 1994 he worked as a studio musician for the short-term project Nailbomb and also played at the only concert of the band with.

2005 Cazares was chosen by Monte Connor to one of the team captains of Roadrunner United project for the 25th anniversary of Roadrunner Records.

After the separation of Fear Factory in 2002, Cazares started the band Asesino. 2006 was followed by Divine Heresy, with Cazares 2007, the debut album Bleed the Fifth. In 2009 Cazarez returned to Fear Factory.

Cazares played a black seven- Ibanez guitar with Fear Factory. In addition, he also used a specially made achtsaitige Ibanez guitar.
