Drop C tuning
The dropped- C tuning is a tuning option for guitars. Here, the lowest string is compared to the standard tuning ( EADGBE ) is tuned down two whole tones, while all other strings are tuned a whole tone lower. Thus reads the voting scheme of a dropped -C tuned guitar CGCFAD. The dropped- C tuning can also be described as a one whole step down tuned Dropped - D tuning. Mostly it is found in the Metal Metalcore and in an instant, but also some other bands from metal and post-hardcore styles use dropped C tuned guitars and basses. Often thicker string gauges be selected for the " Droppen ".
