Ed Begley, Jr.

Edward James Begley, Jr. ( born September 16, 1949 in Los Angeles ) is an American actor.

Biography

Edward James Begley, Jr. was born the illegitimate son of actor Ed Begley (1901-1970) in Los Angeles. The Oscar winning actor was still married to his wife Amanda Huff. However, his son in Buffalo, New York grew up and attended the Stella Niagara Education Park Cadet School in Lewiston, New York. After the family moved back to Los Angeles in 1962, he attended the Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks and studied at Los Angeles Valley College in North Hollywood.

Begley for his role as Dr. Victor Ehrlich on the television series St. Elsewhere ( St. Elsewhere ) was nominated five times for an Emmy Award and in 1986 for a Golden Globe Award. He appeared in numerous well-known television series such as Columbo and Star Trek: Voyager with.

Personal

On June 18, 2011 Begley stated during the telecast Celebrity Close Calls, that he had been murdered nearly 1972, as was stabbed during an attack by a street gang several times on him. The attackers were teenagers who were later picked up by police.

Begley was married to October 1989 of 31 October 1976, the production assistant, Ingrid Taylor, with whom he has two children, Amanda (1977) and Nicholas Taylor ( 1979). On August 23, 2000, he married actress Rachelle Carson, with one daughter.
