Eddie Edwards (Wrestler)

Eddie Edwards ( born December 30, 1983 in Boston, Massachusetts ) is an American professional wrestler. He currently performs regularly with Ring of Honor and other independent promotions. His biggest success was the preservation of the ROH World Championship.

Career

Edwards was trained by Killer Kowalski. 2002 Edwards debuted at New England Championship Wrestling. This was followed by commitments at various independent promotions (eg, New England Championship Wrestling, Top Rope Promotions or Wrestling Marvelous Future). His first title, the NECW Unified Tag Team titles, Edwards won with DC Dillinger at New England Championship Wrestling. By the year 2005 he won the NECW Unified Tag Team Championship three times. In August 2005, he appeared in Pro Wrestling NOAH. In Germany, he joined Westside Xtreme Wrestling in the ring.

In December 2006, he performed for the first time in Ring of Honor ( ROH short ). In 2008, Edwards joined Larry Sweeney and his Stable Sweet ' n' Sour Inc. ( Chris consisting of Hero, Davey Richards, Adam Pearce, Sara Del Rey, Tank Toland, Shane Hagadorn, Bobby Dempsey, Go Shiozaki and Matt Sydal ) to. Sweeney announced that he wanted to take over ROH. Together they fehdeten against Brent Albright, Roderick Strong, Erick Stevens, Ace Steel and Jay Briscoe. This feud ended on 31 January 2009 " ROH Caged Collision " in a Steel Cage Match, which lost Edwards and his allies. Since 2009, Edwards is with Davey Richards Tag Team the American Wolves. On April 10, 2009 Edwards won with Davey Richards ROH World Tag Team Championship. On 19 December 2009, it issued the title to Jay Briscoe and Mark Briscoe. On March 5, 2010 Edwards won the vacant ROH World Television Championship. In December 2010 he gave up the title to Christopher Daniels. On March 19, 2011 Edwards won the ROH World Championship by Roderick Strong. The title he gave to Davey Richards on June 26, 2011.
