Éder Bonfim

Éder José de Oliveira Bonfim ( born April 3, 1981 in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso ) is a Brazilian footballer. Since the summer of 2011, the full-back at FK Xəzər Lənkəran in Azerbaijani Premyer Liqasi under contract.

Career

Éder Bonfim came to Europe in 2002 and first played for Benfica in the Portuguese Super Liga. He came only a few missions and joined in early 2003 Estrela Amadora, which played into the second-class Liga de Honra. He became a regular player and reached the club in 2002/03, promotion to the Super League.

For the new season, he left the club and moved to Sporting Braga. The North Portuguese he played in the 2003/04 season with the international courts, but missed as fifth-placed to qualify for the UEFA Cup. Éder Bonfim moved within the League promoted to Vitória Setúbal. He was also a regular player and could be placed with his new club, not only in the secure midfield, but won the Cup victory in 2005 and his first title.

The Romanian giants Steaua Bucharest became aware of Éder Bonfim Through his achievements and overtook him in the summer of 2010 in the capital. With Steaua he won the Romanian Cup in 2011. In the summer, he moved to FK Xəzər Lənkəran to Azerbaijan.
