The municipality of Entre Ríos is a district in the department of Cochabamba in the South American Andes State of Bolivia.

Location in near space

The municipality of Entre Ríos is one of six Municipalities of the province of Carrasco. It is bordered on the northwest by the municipality of Puerto Vilarroel, on the west by the municipality of Pojo, and to the south and east by the department of Santa Cruz.

The central location of the municipality is of Entre Ríos with 3,796 inhabitants ( 2001 census ) in the eastern part of the county.

Geography

The municipality of Entre Ríos is located in the Bolivian lowlands to the north-eastern foothills of the Cordillera Oriental. The climate is a tropical humid climate with a very pronounced rainy season.
