Etgert

Etgert in the Hunsrück is a municipality in the district of Bernkastel -Wittlich, in Rhineland -Palatinate. It belongs to the municipality Thalfang to the inheritance head.

History

Was Etgert since the 12th century part of the Markthal catch. Through the turmoil of the French Revolution, he came in 1794 under French rule and in 1815 part of the Kingdom of Prussia.
