Immert

Immert in the Hunsrück is a municipality in the district of Bernkastel -Wittlich, in Rhineland -Palatinate. It belongs to the municipality Thalfang to the inheritance head.

History

Immert was since the 12th century part of the Markthal catch. Through the turmoil of the French Revolution, the place came in 1794 under French rule and in 1815 part of the Kingdom of Prussia. Since 1946 it has been part of Rhineland- Palatinate then newly founded.
