Geographical location

The place is located in the Hunsrück on a hilltop 400 meters above sea level and thus about 150 m above the valley of the Little Dhron.

History

Documented the local church wide first appears in the name of " Conrad of broad " in a piece of the Abbey of St. Maximin of the early 13th century.
