Éver Banega
Maximiliano David Banega Éver (* June 29, 1988 in Rosario ) is an Argentine- Spanish footballer.

Éver Banega comes from the youth of Boca Juniors. After the transfer of Fernando Gago Real Madrid midfielder moved up into the first team. On 10 February 2007 he made his professional debut in a game against Banfield. In the same year he won the Copa Libertadores Boca Juniors and the Argentina U-20 team during the Junior World Cup in 2007.
In January 2008, Banega transferred for a transfer of € 18 million to Spain for Valencia after captain David Albelda was deleted by new coach Ronald Koeman from the squad at the " Che " and the club thus on its position in central midfield for his replacement needed. After disappointing results of the ambitious clubs Koeman was made redundant at the end of the season and Albelda retold in the squad. This meant that Éver Banega was awarded due to the great competition at his position in the summer of 2008 for a year at Atlético Madrid to gather there match practice. For Atlético Banega played an important role from now on the central midfield position.
After Banega was changed for the season 2009/10 on the Mediterranean coast, he was able to continue his performance at Atletico and played himself as on the side of David Albelda in the first team. At least since the beginning of 2010 Banega was a mainstay in the midfield of Valencia. In La Liga 2009/10 he made 36 games and reached with Valencia in third place.

National
He took the 2008 Olympic football tournament in China and was able to win with the Argentine selection the gold medal. For the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, he was not considered by Diego Maradona, although he usually was previously in the qualifying matches part of the Argentine national team. After the dismissal of Maradona as coach, he then became part of the squad again and took in 2011 at the Copa America on home soil in part, disappointing resigned as host in the quarter-finals in Argentina.
