The FC Astoria Walldorf is a pure football club with over 1150 members (January 2008 ) from the Palatine Walldorf.

History

The first FC 08 Walldorf was originally a division of SG - Walldorf Astoria. In 1952 the detachment of footballers from the rest of the club and the foundation of pure football club FC 1 08 A minority led to football within the SG further and launched in 1953 new in Heidelberg B-Class. The first FC 08 took over during the 1951/52 season, the old division of the old club and played in the second amateur league Rhein- Neckar. Stadium

Fanscene

In the league season 2008/ 09 were an average of 600 spectators per home game to the home games of Walldorf.
