FC Eintracht Bamberg

The FC Eintracht Bamberg 2010 is a sports club in the Upper Franconian town of Bamberg. He was born in June 2010 in the context of the insolvency of the 1st FC Eintracht Bamberg.

History

Introduced four years after its creation, the first FC Eintracht Bamberg due to illiquidity and over-indebtedness on 11 May 2010 at Bamberg District Court for insolvency. With the conduct of the affairs of a provisional liquidator was used. When it became clear that the insolvency proceedings for lack of assets can not be opened, was founded as the successor club of FC Eintracht Bamberg in 2010 to secure the sports operations.

The inaugural meeting was held in the next room of concord Restaurant at 16 June 2010. CEO has since sports journalist Mathias Zeck.

The newly founded association took the 2010/11 season the place of the previous association in Bavaria league. The first team plays in the Bamberg Fox Park Stadium, the former main arena.
