Flo & Eddie

(Founded in 1970) Flo & Eddie is the name of a duo of two rock musicians, consisting of Howard Kaylan and Mark Volman - the original lead singers of successful pop band The Turtles.

Career

The name Flo & Eddie emerged after dissolution of the group The Turtles. The previous record company had wanted to put the two you mislaid musicians under pressure. So they not only refused to let them in future to use the name of The Turtles, but also still complaining that the rights to the family name Howard Kaylan and Mark Volman for themselves. There followed a dispute that lasted until 1985.
