Florin Costin Şoavă

Costin Florin Şoava ( born July 24, 1978 in Gârla Mare, circle Mehedinţi ) is a Romanian football player. The full-back has been the summer of 2012 without a club.

Career

The career of Şoava began in 1996, when he came into the first team of Electro Craiova, the (now League II) played in Divizia B. Even in his first season he was a regular player, missed the club in second place behind the same number of points CSM Resita promotion to the Divizia A (now League 1). Also in the 1997/98 season the club narrowly missed the rise behind Olimpia Satu Mare and was beaten in the relegation match FC Onesti. Only a year later Şoava could celebrate with his team the rise, as the team came out as the First Place against UTA Arad. This season, he had seven hits, the largest yield of his career.

Once in the House of Lords could not take hold of the club in Divizia A. For winter break, the club was on the bottom of the table and Şoava concurred with the FC Universitatea Craiova local rivals, who took a mid-table. Even with his new club, he was immediately on stem force. After a mid-table in the 2000 /01 season he moved to league rivals Rapid Bucharest.

With Rapid Şoava could win with the Cup victory in 2002 his first title. A year later, his first championship. In the 2003 /04 season he was used less frequently and left the club in March 2004, when he joined the Russian club Spartak Moscow joined. The season 2004 although he was a regular player, finished the season with his club but a disappointing eighth place. In the first round in 2005, he was barely considered by coach Aleksandrs Starkovs and borrowed in summer 2005 to the league rivals Krylia Sovetov Samara, where he played for 18 months with the club managed twice in the league.

In early 2007 returned Şoava back to Spartak. The new coach Stanislav Tschertschessow sat him regularly though, but he did not managed to become a regular player. At the end of the season he reached as a runner-up behind Zenit St. Petersburg to qualify for the Champions League. At the start of the 2008 season Şoava but was not taken into account and changed in the summer league rivals FK Khimki, with whom he reached the 14th place at the end of the season saving.

In January 2009 Şoava returned to Romania and played again for his former club Universitatea Craiova. After a seventh place at the end of the season 2008/ 09 he came with his club in the following season in danger of relegation. End of January 2010 he moved to the Ukraine to the first division club Arsenal Kiev. The 2009/10 season, he finished in the upper middle. Since the summer of 2012, he is without a club.

National

Şoava played 22 games for the Romanian national football team. In December 2000 he was appointed national coach László Bölöni in his squad for two friendlies against Algeria and debuted on December 5, 2000, when he came on in the 87th minute for Mirel Rădoi. He was nominated again Anghel Iordănescu until the beginning of 2002 and came in a friendly against France for use.

Şoava came as a reserve player infrequently used and was sometimes indeed nominated, but not used. He missed his team to qualify for the European Championship 2004. On 9 October 2004, he came to the Czech Republic for his time last use, before he returned in May 2006 under new coach Victor Piţurcă on a U.S. tour. On 26 May 2006 he played his last international match against Northern Ireland.
