Forstenrieder Allee (Munich U-Bahn)
Metro Station Forstenrieder Avenue is a station of the Munich subway system and was opened on 28 October 1989.
The station was until 1991 the terminus of the U3. He is below the intersection Zurich Street / Forest Avenue Rieder. The rear track walls are made of concrete painted green, hanging on the images of Helmut Pfeuffer, which are to represent landscape motifs in groups of three. The columns in the middle are covered with white tiles and the corners have an aluminum strip. The ceiling is constructed as in the other stations opened in 1989 as a canopy of metal panels, among which are the two bands of light that illuminate the, lined with Isarkiesel motif platform. At the western end is to reach the junction and the Knöpflerstraße a lock basement. At the eastern end you get, also a barrier level, at the Zurich Street to the surface.
